  I have been working with James R Bowers for about 4 years and they are great. Some of the people that do the "interviews" may be a bit "odd/rude," but they are also focused on getting us in, accurately completing our refund, very fast. This year I didn't want to sit and talk about how nothing changes, so I dropped off my taxes and they are ready to be picked up the next day. I referred a friend to them and they found thousands of dollars that my friend was paying and didn't need to be.... so they are good at what they do.
